Refund Policy

At Slaying London, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, please review our Returns & Refund Policy below.

1. Change of Mind Returns

If you have changed your mind about your purchase, you may return eligible items within 28 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, items must:

* Be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
* Have all original tags attached.
* Be returned in the original packaging where possible.
* Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

* Underwear and intimate apparel.
* Swimwear where the hygiene seal has been removed or damaged.
* Earrings and pierced jewellery.
* Beauty products, cosmetics, or personal care items that have been opened or used.
* Gift cards.
* Personalised or custom-made items.

This does not affect your statutory rights if the items are faulty.

3. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you may be entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement if the goods are faulty. We will also reimburse reasonable return postage costs for faulty items.

4. Online Purchase Cancellation Rights

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers purchasing online have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason.

Once you notify us of your decision to cancel, you have a further 14 days to return the items to us. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Please note that return postage costs for unwanted items are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different sizes or colours, subject to stock availability. If your preferred item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

8. Statutory Rights
